  • A small pre-made wrap in love heart fabric (prototype/ready to use)
  • Easy to follow step-by-step instructions

The only extra items you will need to make your own professional-quality beeswax wraps is your oven, a baking tray lined with baking paper, and a small paint brush & bowl dedicated to the beeswax wrap making process as they will get covered in the wax.

The DIY Beeswax Wrap Making Kit also makes a wonderful ’green’ gift for the eco-conscious people in your life, or involve your own little eco-warriors in the wrap making process – showing them a fun way to a plastic-free future.

All Love the Earth DIY Beeswax Wrap Making Kits are packaged and posted plastic-free (as they should be!). We offer eco-gift wrapping too, making this one of the easiest and earth-friendly gift choices around.

  • Cover leftovers in the fridge.
  • Wrap cut vegetables or fruit.
  • Make pockets for loose leaf greens.
  • Wrap sandwiches and snacks for a waste-free lunchbox.
  • Cover platters of food in preparation for the guests to arrive.
  • Also useful for travel kits taking up less room: cover a bar of soap, wrap your toothbrush and paste, wrap cotton tips and squares.

Your wraps will last up to 12 months depending on frequency of use and proper care. Simply wipe with a clean damp cloth or gently hand wash in cold water and air dry.

If your wraps start to look tired, pop them on a lined oven tray in a 100degC oven for a few minutes. This will redistribute the wax and make them look new again. When they are outworn, you can re-wax them using our DIY kit and start their life all over again. Or, simply cut them up and place them in your compost to become one with mother earth again.

This is an activity that needs Adult supervision at all times as it involves the use of the oven ands stove top and is *not suitable for those with a pine allergy.
